Hello cutie kitties

WHAT TO SEE THIS WEEK:

October 15th-SWOP Anniversary party- Sexy Circus at new office- Jones and

WOMEN on the Way Fri and Sat night -8PM at Shotwell Studios 19th and
Shotwell, SF- http://www.ftloose.org

Quick recap of what I'm up to:
So, I worked a badly planned screening (I didn't plan it) - of "Ray" - the
Ray Charles Story and too many people were given free passes to see it, and
when we had to turn a lot of people away. Their was a small riot (two folks
got arrested). It was crazy.

And yet not the most craziness or chaos I had to deal with this week.

Thought for week:
Hug the person next to you or hug yourself.

THEY'RE HERE
so stop asking

the good news is.....smaller roles will be asked to play multiple
characters.

the bad news is..... you can't play everyone and everyone can't play:

Wesley, miracle max, Vizzini, or Inigo Montoya. I know you wanna but how
silly would it look if we had to cast multiple actors for one role cuz the
fighting got to be messy. don't make us do that.

auditions are of course at the dark room
rehearsals are also at the dark room
shows are....you guessed it, at the dark room

where's the dark room? why it's at 2263 mission St. between 18th and 19th.
scrunched b'tween the Laundromat and the pawn shop. when you see the
banger/crack dealers in their light blue colors you know you're in the right
hood. (helpful tip: don't wear light blue)

so whip out your calendars. grab your eraser and cancel that __________
(wedding, birth, Hawaiian vacation, recording session, volunteer to help old
people cross the street, bbq for 10 generations of your family finally
meeting for the first time, day job - you hate it anyway, first boink of a
long awaited and anticipated romance that has dragged on for weeks cuz you
didn't want to rush things and now of all times you think you're actually
ready to fork over the goods and up comes this opportunity of a life time so
you wind up kicking yourself for being prudish to begin with and all these
other self-depreciating thoughts kick in turning it into this vicious cycle
making you way too insecure to let go or even perform sexually, bris, rodeo,
or..... you fill in the blank)

see you under the black top
